Delivery & Returns

Ready to Ship Items
If your piece is in stock and ready to ship, your order will be processed in 2-3 days before being handed to our shipping partner.

Made to Order
If your piece is made to order, this will be made especially for you by our workshop in Pakistan. Please allow 4- 6 weeks for production. Our team will contact you with an estimated completion date for your piece(s).

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, all items will be shipped together once your full order is complete.

Shipping

All orders are fulfilled from New York. We offer both domestic and international shipping.

Domestic (US) Shipments 

  • Free domestic shipping within the US 
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

  • A signature is automatically required for orders over $500 USD

International Shipments

  • All international orders are shipped via DHL Express

  • Orders over $500 qualify for FREE shipping 

  • Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination

  • Orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, determined by your local government. DHL will contact you directly to collect these fees before delivery.

Returns

Because many of our pieces are handmade or made to order, we cannot offer refunds on bespoke or special orders. Earrings are also non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

For non-bespoke jewellery, we offer a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of your order (or 7 days for sale items) at info@zohrarahman.com. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and shipped at your own expense. We recommend insured, trackable shipping, as returned goods remain your responsibility until received.

Please note that handmade pieces may vary slightly from the images shown. While we strive to represent colours and details as accurately as possible, variations may occur due to screen settings.

If your jewellery is faulty or misrepresented, please notify us within 14 days of receipt for a return. In the unlikely event of damage, email us with photos so we can assess the issue. General wear and tear is not considered a fault, and replacements can only be offered if our team confirms the item is faulty upon receipt.

Plated jewellery may change colour if care instructions are not followed. For re-plating services, please contact us at info@zohrarahman.com.
